Blóma hunang Boznar er safnað af Carniolan býflugum frá blómahögum og aldingörðum í Slóveníu. Hunangið er ljósrautt, en getur verið dekkra eða ljósara eftir því hvaða blóm vaxa á hverju svæði. Blómahunangið kristallast hratt, og stórir kristallar geta myndast í þessu hunangi.
Hreint hunang kristallast með tíma og hægt er að losna við kristalla með því að hita það upp í 40 C.
Blómahunang hentar vel á brauð og í bakstur, auk þess passar það vel í marineringar, salöt og drykki.
