With a rich tradition of dishes made of “Kurtovska kapija” pepper, Macedonia is a treasure trove of recipes for baked bell pepper, which is preserved with other vegetables and spices. A recipe for this Zakuska also comes from this treasure trove. It contains baked bell pepper sliced into strips, cooked with a pleasant mixture of spices and garlic, with added sunflower oil for good spreadability.

Roasted red pepper 90%, sunflower oil, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), sugar, wine vinegar, parsley 0.5%, garlic 0.5%.
