Description
Air-dried tomatoes in oil are an integral part of Mediterranean cuisine and a great choice when you want to bring a little Mediterranean flavor to your home. In Sardinia, they are used as a filling for stuffed chicken, but they also go well with meat, fish, pasta, risotto and various types of salads and snacks. Finely chopped, they are excellent for enriching fillings, and can also be added to bread dough.
